Masters and Veterans World Cup to be played in Bolzano and Merano

Bolzano and Merano, Italy, will host the 8th Masters World Cup and the 2nd Veterans World Cup « George Pickard » next june. Last year was already a success for all the teams attending the competition : Masters and Veterans teams will meet again in Italy, on june 13th to june 17th 2017.

The competition is opened to any team of a national federation, according the national federation is affiliated with the FIRS. Players have to be born in 1979 (Masters Cup) or in 1972 or before (Veterans Cup). Teams rosters have to get a minimum of 8 players and a goalkeeper, maximum 14 players and 2 goaltenders.

Games will be played on two rinks, in Bolzano and Merano (30*60). Official training will be held on june 12th.
